Cinnamon rolls accross the Wild West.
Well well, learning the new theme setup thingy is...being done.
As for the title - wouldn't be that surprised if that actually happened considering the wind that's been blowing around my own little Warsaw Wild West. Crazy cold Northern (I suppose) wind. My hands got cold even though I was wearing 2 pairs of gloves. And... no snow at all! If it has got to be that freezing cold there might as well be some snow for us to enjoy. Still, sitting in my little cozy warm room, am cheerful.
New Year's youth conference (Dec 29'th - Jan 1'st) was good.
Today did something brave and courageous. Went out there into the cold windy night to get milk at the 24h to be able to bake Cinnamon Rolls as planned and promised Z. Unfortunately the glory of this great deed is a bit dimmed by the fact that the rolls are just a bit over-done on the underside. But seem to be quite yummy anyway, so. I'll have to learn to work with the good old gas oven once again since I've managed to get used to electric ones.
EDIT: Oh, I forgot all about my sth-like-a-NewYear's-resolution ;) Decided to quit the cinema job. Did it. Now the plan is to live of of translations. Shall see.

there are questions to which we may never get answers. but then, when I think about them hard enough it seems I don't need the answer that much. it doesn't change a thing. because the situation just is as it is and one's got to press on and never let the joy and thankfulness to be taken away. because there IS so much to be thankful for.
there are things that seem important - like a bigger refrigerator - until bigger things happen. and then those other things seem so ridiculously unimportant.
am tired. very tired. one moment I laugh, the next I am crying my eyes out. but I do laugh. and I think I am going to DECIDE to hold on to the joy I have and hope it bubbles so that there will be more and more and more...that's a decision, a choice. Although it seems hard to perform at the time.
